Design and planned by Glenser, our internationally notable client have high standards and tight time schedule with their new Hong Kong office. This double-storey office is situated in this Aclass brand new office building at One Taikoo Place. Our challenge is to complete the electrical fitting out within 60 days, simultaneously with design team working on the layout and details, and on the other hand, combating the limited loading facility while all units in the entire building are carrying out other fitting out and renovations at the same time.
This project demanded a great deal of planning and seamless teamwork. Along with the joined effort of our project partner Power Smart, we have a A-class team in this project. We have a happy client rewarded us with an additional contract in Facility Maintenance.
